Firstly, they are not strikes, they are just content id claims, they do not effect your channel in the same way a strike would. Secondly, unfortunately it is your responsibility to manage your own videos in regards to copyrighted content. If they are false claims then you simply dispute them...

As the rules state, first offence is a warning, second is a temporary ban and then permanent bans. Of course if what someone posts warrants an instant ban then we can skip the warnings etc. So that is why you may see the same person several times, but each report does add up and eventually will...

We currently do sanction those that break the rules, simply reporting a comment will flag it up to us and we can take appropriate action. We do view the chat but is impossible to have someone every second of the day. So continue to report and people will soon get the hint :)

YouTube only shows the revenue generated for your current CMS, when you joined Freedom! it reset to show your Freedom! earnings. The other money that you earned before joining Freedom! will still be sent to your Adsense account that was linked to your account when you initially set up monetization.

Stats for private videos are not shown on the analytics. You did not lose any earnings from them, they just do not show.

Ah, I believe you mean 'strike' and not 'claim' then. Claims do not effect your partnership status. If you receive a strike which is a lot more serious then Freedom! simply reserve the right to unlink you from the network, they do not do it 100% of the time.

You won't get removed for a copyright claim, there are hundreds if not thousands of members within Freedom! that have claims on their videos.

I act as me in my videos, I don't pretend I am a saint or swear when it's not required. If I swear then I swear, no point in pretending to be someone I am not :)

Unfortunately that is a really silly defense to take. If I stated that someone had sexually assaulted someone but I meant no harm and was just being educational, does that make it alright?
