    Yes, As long as people keep claiming them then you will continue to receive the claims. Just dispute them if they are under fair use, otherwise just accept them. It is an unfortunate part of youtube!

    If you just go to PayPal directly and log in from there. That way it will prevent any potential phishing. PayPal does send those emails to some accounts, but going through the site directly will always be safer.
