There isn't really much that can be done, if they continue and get a lot of disputed strikes then YouTube will soon make it so they are unable to make any more claims. Disputing the claims with proof of no copyrighted content (which it sounds like there isn't any) should be fine. Have you tried...

Depends on what the content is. If it is all gaming, then playlists, if some are vlogs / gaming / music then separate. Just my thoughts on it. If everything is the same genre, why spread it out and have 10 subs on all channels rather than 100 on one,

In regards to the claiming of the video due to copyrighted material, the only way to avoid it is to not use it. There is no magic work around. As for the rendering, I do not know, could be due to too many layers or just the settings used, so fiddle around with it.
