It has to be both 1k subscribers and 4k watch hours (240k minutes). Can you check the watch time for the last 365 days, this link should bring you there...

Hi @HippoZoned What is your watch time in the last 12 month? You need at least 4000 watch hours in the last year to be in the YouTube Partner Program.

I like these keeps the originality of your channel. May need to rebrand the channel banner/avatar to be a bit more tech also
