I'm getting the same error with submitting your video also, I'll have a look into it. Other videos with "-" seem to be working, I'm not too sure what it could be... @Klahn's Clinic maybe try posting it in a few days time to see if it works then, have you had the video previously as unlisted...

Yes unfortunately the requirements are 100k views per month or 5k subscribers. If you can gets some videos trending views can add up quick.

Hi Suki welcome to the Freedom! forums :) It can be hard to get the views coming in when you are a smaller channel, keep trying new content and also look what is trending with channels that you have similar content with.

I believe everything should be fine then, once you hit the requirements to partner your channel you may have to give access again. At the moment Freedom! shouldn't need access to your google account.
