Well YouTube dont count as a business because you dont own it. I got a business account due to my small indi game brand. I suggest you to start a official brand of any kind which can be used.

Well i would recommend go with Paypal. Since it dirrect the donations directly to you. So no third party is involved EDIT: As a side note to be able to use donations via Paypal you also have to upgrade the account to a business account. And for that you need to have a business.
