Yay for poopy computers! I had a whole week without computer and I was (literally) crying 'cause I lost all my commissions (had to cancel them) and couldn't record. Finally got it fixed, but had to spend $300 to buy new parts. :(

I'm neutral to intros unless they're 10 seconds long. Then I'm not a huge fan. Anything too long, I feel, would take away from the video and make people lose interest.

I think a unique intro for each series / playlist is a pretty cool idea! It makes it show that you care more about the series you're working on. I'd do that, but I just don't have the time for it. :)

You could always talk about your hobbies and at the end ask what your viewers' hobbies are. Also, at the end of your vlogs, you can always ask your viewers what to talk about in the next video, so it'll feel like they're contributing to your channel, thus getting more views!

Since YouTube is owned by Google, they should have a "I'm Feeling Lucky" button, haha.

Taking a break always helps put things in new perspective. I've had my fair share of breaks and always have fun coming back to YouTube.
