youtube automatically detects what you say in the video. this however is as accurate as the voice detection in siri. if you want to have an as accurate subitle as possible, you're gonna have to write it yourself.

i'd say when I watch a mulitplayer commentary video. the things i enjoy watching in terms of gameplay are big streaks. so like you getting a rasp or something. while the thing that makes me clicking this kind of video is the title about the commentary. a wumbo combo of that is probably the best :)

a thumbnail is mostly what attract people to watch your video, but if your video isn't good, then people don't want to watch it. So i'l say, make sure you put your all into making your best possible video's you can make, then it will come eventually :D
