Yeah, sorry. Many people have that issue at the moment and there's nothing you can really do except for Emailing Support which does take ages to get a reply for the same reason sadly.

Firstly, do YouTube as a hobby. School isn't getting in the way, school is the education you need. If you have no time for YouTubing, just put school before it. This may sound stupid, but just focus on school things.

Try using a wired internet connection and try some other things like flushing your DNS cache and looking whether there's programs running in the background that may use up some bandwidth.
