If the claim was justified and you can't go by Fair Use you'll fail every time. There's no 100% way to win every time though if you keep the amount of copyrighted content in the video low you'll get your chances higher. Also directly contacting companies, especially smaller labels, often helps more.

You need a few recent videos to join Freedom!. Upload some videos and then re request the invitation.

Thanks for sharing this with us. Apparently it was YouTube filtering through tags again to find videos violating policies again... On the bright side, once you have cleared up all those videos you'll likely get back into Freedom! and more likely to get accepted by other networks in the future...

Hey, YouTube is cracking down on some channels at the moment that don't meet some advertising criteria. The Freedom account should still exist though, try logging in with the Google account again.

There it is. YouTube doesn't really tell you probably and just tells the MCN. Well they're not able to communicate earlier as YouTube doesn't tell them earlier...

Freedom is protecting themselves instead of punishing your channel or others. YouTube has apparently deemed your channel to not fit their regulations so Freedom had to unlink you to avoid the network being disbanded.
