No, you'll not have to pay anything. The earnings while in AdSense won't be paid out unless they're higher than 100$. If you close the associated Adsense account you can get paid earnings when they're higher than 10$ too. Just apply for Freedom and ignore it in most cases.

It depends whether they have permission from the person using it from or are working with the videos in a Fair Use reasoning. If it's Fair Use they can use it if: They don't use much They use it in a way to make their own content better They don't harm the original by using it.
