I like how a short clip of like 10 seconds is showed before the intro that leads into the main video. That is what I have been doing lately and it has helped me hook people from the start.

I can't wait for YouTube Red to come out! I like the watch time feature to earn money. The longer your video is watched, the more you make. So if people don't click your ad's, you don't have to worry no more because watch time is what will count towards what you earn.

I have a question. Why does my monetization for all of my videos change randomly to long non skippable ad's like every week or so once I change it to what I want it to be monetized as. I have to keep fixing my monetizations on my videos how I want them to be.
