Most antivirus programs block the miner, only chance to let it work is to disable them. If you want an antivirus that doesn't block miner software you're basically asking for an antivirus that doesn't block any threat. The reason why every good antivirus blocks (and should block) miner programs...

Don't think that would make an issue anywhere except for email spamfilters ;-;. Mostly it's about content though, I've seen .tk domains rank well from either content or lots of backlinks or spam.
