There are many ways to revive a dead channel, but it takes a mount of work and a lot of patience... If you have a social media, you can use it for your advantage in the best ways, like Twitter (?), you can advertise your content for x amount of cash , and it'll view for the people, same goes...

It really depends what timezone are you on, but I'd but it as "my own timezone" or whatever it is on YouTube schedule option... I honestly think you should try to use the scheduled uploadings more often cos then you know your video goes up in that specific date, or do which is better preferably...

I wish you the best of luck in figuring out the best and new out of summer schedule to get the best views out of your content.. I believe the best one could be around 6-7 PM (if you're on a 24 h clock then, its 18:00 or 19:00) .. Compliments bad or good will make us a better / worse person.

You should work on getting a better audio setting on your microphone, I can hear but it needs to be dat bit louder, so other people can hear as well, it sounds like your setting is around 25%...
