Not quite sure, your graphics seem a bit blurry so maybe make your images slightly bigger and then reduce down to thumbnail size.

Oh, and create a more professional looking thumbnail, there are plenty of free photo editing software out there (I use Picmonkey for my thumbnails).

Decent video overall, maybe create an intro before you start talking to intise viewers into your content? Also, your sound balance isn't very good as throughout the video, your voice is quite low and then in the outro, the sound suddenly jumps up which could make viewers wearing headphones jump...

I think you should focus on quality rather than quantity and try to make a video upload schedule and stick to it, this way, subscribers will come to your channel when your next upload is scheduled to be uploaded, therefore increasing your viewer retention etc. Also try and stay consistent with...
