What do you mean? From what I know those changes were made to get trustworthy channels into the network, especially as YouTube has now created even more responsibilities for networks by adding the rule that the entire network gets shut down if there's 30 strikes within a one month (?) window in...

As you're not linked to the network there's nothing you need to do ;) You can deactivate your Dashboard account through the top right menu > Settings cog if you really want to but you don't really need that either.

Sadly YouTube can take ages to review channels, they have to escalate some reviews if they're unsure about them and all. It can take from a day to a few months and as far as I'm aware you can't do much about it.

@Koala_Steamed help ;) Thanks for providing the video, I see the same error trying to upload it either by itself or in a playlist. My guess would be the "-" in the video ID but I can't confirm anything, let's wait for our koala to do his magic ;)

You should be able to post in the media section, could you post the link to the video and the error message here please? In the past this was caused by special characters in titles or descriptions of specific videos.
