Well your video quality is actually okay but you should note the PC version of the game is very different to the PE version at the moment. Your editing could be better as there are some rough transitions and your intro was rather worthless really so I'd cut that out. Otherwise its okay :)

it has some transitions, not as many as you'd get in movie maker but they can be customised and you can use keyframing to make your own in a way. it does also have effects which you can add such as blurs e.t.c

I'm not seen as I got a R9 380 a few months back. When it comes to GPU cooling it really depends on how good your case airflow is to what version you get. I can recommend MSI for good quality cards as long as your case has a good airflow / cooling.

do you have a dedicated graphics card? if not the CPU may be using it for graphics processes. I recommend checking your BIOS settings anyway as something else could be using it.
