Besides that I watched all of your videos (I think) and you're confident in front of a camera. So you've gotten most of that hard part down. : P

I run four kinds of videos. Challenges which have light edits. Gameplay which have a bit more, and reviews - which take me over 60 hours to do, and I do them weekly now. Then I have guides which are also heavily edited with slow motion ect. These are what I work on most, but that doesn't mean...

Yeah. I used to do that, I know what it is like. I don't know many editing software that are free. I'm sure someone else does though. If I find one, you'll be the first to know.

I agree with Sirlarge. He's pretty much spot on. HOWEVER... Your thumbnails... They are awesome. Keep that up, just do some other content! :3

As Phil said, you really need a lot more content. It's very hard to give feedback when we only have a few videos to work with. : 3 that being said, you should try to be active on the forums. The more active you are, the more people may check out your channel. : 3

Asking for subs isn't going to work. People will just pass by this thread. My advice is to be more active on here and make friends. If you make friends, watch their content, they will do the same for you. If you need more advice, just ask. : 3

You should add links to social media. The more places you advertise your content, the more views you will make. This is also important, because the more views you get also means more potential feedback.

As Phil said, you need to do that. Intros are boring usually, and no one wants to see one. If you want an intro, don't make it more than five seconds. Ten seconds is waaaaay to long, and you'd be surprised the amount of people who will turn away because of it.

You need to use thumbnails. Thumbnails look professional and drawn in an audience. It's one of the first things people look at, and they may avoid a channel if they don't see a thumbnail. : 3

I think you need to make more of an effort to make contact with people on social media. The more places you can advertise your content, the more subscribers and views you may own.

I prefer quality over quantity. : 3

Use Twitter, Tumblr, Dailymotion - you get money for this one, and Facebook. : 3
