If i had to pick anything i would say that your commentary could do with a little more energy, i felt that somtimes it felt a little bit one toned. This is mainly based of your channel trailer which ofc is a big deal to new subs. I would also look at maybe not using your logo on every thumbail...

I dont see anything majorly wrong tbh, if i had to pick anything i would probably say you could try using more energy in your commentary, people may respond better to that. Dont take my word for it though im only just starting out myself :p goodluck though.

I dont think your voice is annoying atall, i think its more to do with the clarity and maybe the enthusiasm in the commentary. Other than that i dont see a problem, hope this helps.
