I'm not sure if you figured it out yet but here are some pointers of how to get it working properly, so I might suggest reading my post anyway! :) In the Properties for your Elgato capture device in OBS, make sure to set Audio Output Mode to Output Desktop Audio (either waveout or directsound)...

I would suggest the Logitech C920 HD Pro. My friend VoiaGamer uses it and while it's only just a little bit over $50, it's quality is really good, even if it's just 1080p and 4k resolution. Though, you could also go the route of Elgato's HD Cam Link peripheral and use a gopro or digital camcorder.

Three words: Nintendo and Smash. I have a small hunch they miiiiiiiiight (keyword, might) announce Smash for the Switch. May be a port but since the console is selling hotly, Smash would just send it's sales into hyperdrive. Smash on the go with a dedicated more powerful but still portable...

Nintendo, they're doing surprisingly well, the Switch is selling unbelievably well, so much that it broke records last year. The console also has some pretty good games coming to it's library and already on it and I have a mild hunch Nintendo might surprise us at E3 this year.
