Did you enter your YouTube Channel ID correctly under the 'YouTube Channel' field on your 'Personal Details' page? https://freedom.community.tm/account/ The key is that you need to enter your Custom Channel ID as per the instructions (e.g. UCGUBZrH31AkJK-_JZxMLOKQ) and you can find your ID...
