I just tried the desktop record and I think this did the trick for me. It seems to record the games at 60 FPS with dropping I think it's 60fps the only issue is it doesn't look very good. I'm not sure why :/. could you post your settings?

Thanks for the reply. I use ShadowPlay, but it doesn't support all the games I want it too. Like Subnautica; it only supports certain games. I was gonna try bandicam, but it's weird because obs and Dxtory both struggle to record the correct amount of frames.

I have a pretty high end computer. I can play most games at high FPS, but lately on games that aren't very graphically challenging I can not seem to record them at 60FPS I'm using Dxtory right now and games like subnautica and wick are proving to be impossible to record 60 fps with ok graphics

Yeah I run ShadowPlay, but it doesn't support every game.

Is there a difference between OBS multi platform and OBS? I use OBS atm with settings I got off a Ziovo vid for best settings and it still records poorly.

Hey guys i'm curious as to what you guys use to record and what you think is the best for recording? Currently I use OBS and ShadowPlay, but OBS has been giving me poor results on certain games. I'm not sure why, but it drops a ton of frames as opposed to ShadowPlay which never drops any frames...

How do you properly use twitter to promote your channel or videos? I have never used twitter before I started doing youtube and I am pretty clueless to it lol. I mean I have 5 followers and I tweet every time I make a video and use proper hashtags, but it doesn't seem to really do much?

That's what I thought, so why do so many people try it? I'm just starting so I don't have much to go on right now :P. Was just asking why people did it since it seems like it doesn't help them in the end.

I don't really see the point? When I see people asking sub for sub it seems pointless because having subs without people who actually want to see your content doesn't make sense. Does actually having more subs do anything?

pretty new at using it so not really.

Right now i'm using adobe premiere pro with shadowplay to record most of my games. I use audacity to record audio. I'll look into that webcam.

Probably i'm looking for recommendations. I'll probably buy it in the next few hours or so.
