I've noticed that this is the case with YouTubers that I follow. I haven't experienced it yet because we literally just started posting again, which made March and April our biggest months so far (we basically tripled our views and subscribers, which isn't saying much).

It depends on what video and channel I'm editing for. If I'm editing a vlog, it probably takes 30 minutes to an hour. It takes longer if I recorded it with my iPhone because the shadow files never load and it lags and skips until they do. Gaming videos seem to take about an hour or more...

Much like madmanencore, I have an old webcam that I'd rather not use. Instead we're going to either use our iPhone6s Pluses or put the Nikon D5100 on a tripod. We'll get a webcam eventually.

I have the i7-6700 on my desktop. I think it's great.

I use the Elgato HD60 capture card and software for console gaming. For the PC, I have heard great things about OBS and Shadowplay. My laptop came with one called XSplit, but I've never tried it before.

Haha. I actually don't watch gaming videos very often. Making them will be fun, but I prefer watching vlogs and hiking videos with lots of cool edits and montages and drone footage. That's why I also have a vlogging channel. When I watch gaming videos, I want them to be entertaining and fun.
