If you are going to use the one I made for you, then you need to have transparent images which is not so hard. You literally can write "grand theft auto transparent" and you'll get results. But if you want something more personalized you need to remove the background yourself. You can do that...

Nah I don't think it'd be a problem, just might need to use a different type of design that don't show the edges of your picture. It just looks ugly to see that pictures don't mix in harmony lol there's some ways to do that. Example:
