Hello there, I also have an elgato so let's help yout out :) first if you want to record partychat you have to enable multiple sound outputs ;) and not only usb :) second to record your own voice you always need a mic connected to your elgato software :) so a second mic next to the one you use...

I prefer using a capture card and the elgato software :)
