I use Open Broadcast Software, it's free and the file sizes are smaller. Files don't always work with some editing softwares though :(

First off the number you need for the support ticket is under your profile picture on the Freedom! Dashboard. If you have your however many channels already in the dashboard send a support ticket now that you have your number to send an invite. That should help with some of your problems :)

You have to record the video in higher settings, you can't make it better after you record it. Life would be much better if we could do that but sadly we cannot

I see where you are coming from but I doubt they would make you a moderator just to do one thing
