I appreciate the tip. Those black bars annoy me too, and I was hoping there was a way to get rid of em. Unfortunately I don't have Sony Vegas though, I have Adobe Premiere pro. I'll have to see if I can find a setting in Premiere that takes care of those pesky bars

I believe if you goto the game developer's website, it usually states weather or not you can monetize your video footage of their game, in the games "Terms & Agreement".
