Its definitely not necessary. People who do it for every gaming video I find annoying but its worth having for videos that would do well with a facecam. Like a horror lets play or something.

I just delete them. You can redownload them as an MP4 on the video manager tab of youtube. In case you need it again later.

I think if your a funny guy who actually adds something to the video then reaction videos are fine but watching someone just sit and say 3 sentences in the space of twenty minutes is horrible. I prefer reviewing things.

Well its been about 3 years since I did mine so its a little fuzzy but I'm pretty sure it didn't take too long. No more than 24 hours surly. Youtube are actually quite quick with stuff like that.

If you don't get any comments around 500 views then maybe worry a little. I had a sub bot once and I was quite worried about getting banned but nothing happened, Youtube tend not to care unless its a common thing.
