I received January's payment a few days ago. I'm sure payment is spread out between several days. I'd say wait a few more days, if you haven't received anything, then contact support and see what they can do for you.

It looks greyed out to me. I think if you want it activated, you need to contact support. There's nothing that we can really do for you. But here's also a YouTube article on how to activate it (if yours was activated before) on how to get it working. Hopefully it helps...

There's Nvidia Shadowplay (beta) that's free if you have an nvidia driver. Dxtory (also free) is popular. OBS has another alternative called OBS Studio (beta). Perhaps that will suit your computer better. I find it a lot easier to use than OBS.
