It's not a waste of time, per se, but it's not as "helpful" as they say it is. The program doesn't go away after the 2 weeks, it's actually there forever, but I think they're just trying to push it, and only during these 2 weeks will you be able to receive a certificate if you finish the course...

Thanks @TheAimGames but I already knew that, and I wasn't really asking that question. I was curious to know if there's a separate program that will upload (not schedule) onto YouTube at a certain time of the day for me so I don't have to do it manually.
