I usually delete the video files and such associated with the video after i have completed and compressed it into the form that i upload (which ends up being around 3gb). The raw video materials usually range from 180-200+ gb for me, so it's kind of a necessity X-X

yeah, i did find that with my snowball ICE it is set by default on cardioid, but even still it can pic up my computers fans (well, when they're on performance mode)

With bandicam, i was able to use an external codec (Lagarith Lossless codec). It compressed my files to a very reasonable size, and produced amazing quality with it. Though i did have to spend $39 for the bandicam license, it is one that lasts for life on that specific computer.

I was thinking of a dynamic mic, something like the Shure SM-58, because it supposedly one of the best for voice. I still need to do plenty more research though. I have an issue with clipping, so i was hoping that i could possibly avoid that with the sm-58 while not needing to sacrifice volume...
