yeah after 5 seconds youtube can find vids that have longer then 5 seconds, this doesnt mean that if its longer then 5 seconds that you cant do it or that it is against youtubes rules but it does mean that you will most likely be content ID'd

well yes but you will get content ID'd and some companies will go so far as trying to take your content down even if its within fair use. so be carefull

I script the whole video because I know that I will otherwise forget stuff or go on a rant, that said I sometimes during recording add some parts in improvisation. the script is there for stability and order so that I keep on topic but that doesnt mean you cant go off script once in a while...
