because every forum/community I've been on or an apart of had a proper support staff, and because they offer a service maybe their support staff should frequent the forum where all its members come to collab and meet... it makes no sense, this place is the center of the freedom "network"

I think it uses google to authenticate the position login, make sure you are singed into the right google+ account. That's my best answer.

Contact who exactly? because that is not my job that is freedoms staff job, I just wont use their music then, i used it in a few videos I had no problem before... It already takes a ton of work to produce edit and put together content I should not have to manage the jobs of freedom staff...
