    As someone who used to own a network with Freedom, all you are provided with is the management account, the domain and hosting and design is all your responsibility.

    That's completely fine! Just bear in mind, views on these sites rather than YouTube are quite bad for your CPM, and there are some hefty rules on making sure there are no other ads on the page the video is on that benefit you.
