As East Lantic said, pure gameplay won't do too well these days considering how many people have done it before and all. If you want to do YouTube decently then you'll need to edit your videos a little and make thumbnails and all. So you may want to invest in a PC / Laptop. It'll also be useful...

I agree with Nerd here, upgrading 1 part will be bottle necked by the other, considering you have a first I5 gen CPU I'd recommend a new system really. While the CPU is still decent, it will hinder you alot on new titles (from like 2013+). I'd do lots of research if I was you to find the best...
