    I would suggest working on your thumbnail/banner, especially if you have any modicum of Photoshop experience. A regular upload schedule would help too. You seem to upload weekly, so I suggest keeping that or increasing it to bi-weekly uploads (an upload every 3-4 days or 2 uploads in one week)
