No one agreed because you have 16 subs and haven't shown that you can make consistent quality content over a long period of time. You're not going to explode with a library of 8 videos. Go make the most entertaining content you can for 3 months, then come back and tell us how you're doing.

Effort is good, and it usually shows. Knowing when to cut corners is also important though, so you're not editing for 4 hours.

Sorry to break it to you but you usually need at least 10k subs, often more. Freedom states this in their FAQ about getting verified. Being verified is heavily influenced by how branded you are and how engaged and large your fanbase is.
