This will ensure you stay on topic and get what you wanted to say out there. You can easily cut out the dead air, so don't worry about pausing.

Try to figure out WHY you got subscribers, and roughly when the intake of subscribers stopped. Then you can probably adjust SEO or the content itself to get more subscribers. This is only a suggestion, so you don't have to take any notice of it.

It's a strange suggestion, but could we have an option for a "dark mode" for the forums since browsing the forums late at night strains the eyes due to the bright color.

You can actually schedule when a video is uploaded. The reason I mention this is because this would allow you to make a week's set of videos in advance, saving time. For drama channels, it's a little more difficult.
