Cool how you found us :) Good luck with the channel! 20 to 40 minutes is long video length... not livestream footage? Do you keep an eye on your stats to see if people watch the video completely through? This affects all revenue... may be worth shortening the vids once you look at it! thanks

Does there need to be a script for your content? You can't just ramble on about various topics? I feel like scripted content is obvious... and hard to edit. Try to avoid it, and jump into a video without anything, see how that works out for you... if it definitely wont, then stick to the script...

Also... if you cant try a new genre, or just don't want to, try to find the one thing that makes you stand out from the other 500,000 gaming channels and really focus on it.

I'm just going to be honest with you... if it is views you want, and the subscriber count matters... change up your content. Do movie reviews, funnies, toys... really anything that interests you above and beyond gaming. You can do the gaming videos just for fun - but try something new if you...

I voted you should try something else... not everything works on YouTube. I have started 10 channels to date - 4 of them being successful. Keep at it, but try something new! Or just approach what your doing in an entirely different format... make things professional, better banner, better...

We used to do a bunch of mini-game type videos for CS:GO on our channel... mods mostly. You can download cool maps on steam and make mini games out of them.. they even had super mario party. You need a group of people for this... but it is entertaining. Otherwise do tips if you're really good.

I think it looks just fine, to be honest... I feel like they are always trying to re-invent the wheel though... it's not going to bring more people to the website, so why do it?
