what gfx card do you have? If you are able, u should use shadowplay that comes with nvidia geforce experience.. but u have to have i think a 600 or 700 series up... its amazing tho... works really well.. u can record games that u play, OR record your desktop as well. if not.. give OBS a go...

also.. there is an option in cs go to change the ping that u want to connect to.... set it to 50.. makes it so u dont connect to russians n ur american.there is something i downloaded that blocked servers from other countries for cs go... it blocks the ips in ur firewall ... makes it really easy...

have u reached ur internet provider data cap? sometimes they will slow u down if ur over the limit.. is it only cs go?

used to use OBS but after upgrading my gpu i now can use shadowplay... its amazing... but u have to have an nvidia gpu.. now for console... im not sure.. but on pc.. shadowplay if u can use it.. if not use obs
