Yes but don't let people with 0% viewer interaction tell you to subscribe and stay active for a shoutout because that really wouldn't be worth it since you could be editing a video or working on a video at the time

I'm from Australia too and I usually upload my videos at 10PM AEST which translates to 6AM NY time, the reason for this is I want my video to be at the beginning of the day so people can watch before school and work, if I were to upload a second video a day I would probably post at 1:00pm AEST...

It really depends, If I were to participate in a shoutout I would most likely participate in a shoutout series where I see that the channels are actually getting a decent amount of subscribers for the requirements need to enter a shoutout

Yeah I see what you mean Oml, I'm so sorry I called you a he, I'm just so used to calling everyone here a he because most of the people on these forums are male

Maybe he hasn't built a stable fanbase yet, we've all been there :P
