OBS is great for a free program. I mean yes other programs will have advantages but you have to weigh everything. OBS is free and is always trying to update and fix all flaws they may have. Every is different though and what may work for me wekan and rid may not work for you.

They both have have up the first one has intel graphics which will help for a more "future proof" build but the graphics isnt as great as the 2nd one. So if I was you I would go the first one and add SLI for double R9 graphics. The second build is cheap but good will last maybe 3 years before...

Honestly when deciding between the two it all comes down to how much money you want to spend on your processor. AMD in great for the older based games but multi threads are starting to come into play alot more so Intel would be best.
