Try looking into getting a wider variety of fonts it will make all the difference! Go with basic fonts nothing to crazy, but overall amazing work man you have the basics of it down pack all you're missing is some tools and you'll kill it bro! :)

I agree but i'm sure there was just some miscommunication I've had some bad experiences with the support myself especially lately since the swap to the new support portal some tickets have even been reported to have gotten lost in the process of being delivered. But who knows maybe the poor guy...

Once you've reached 100 subs the option to change your URL will come up. Once you have changed it once it cannot be changed again as stated upon changing it the first time :)
