What a great idea! I wouldnt mind having my channel looked at ;)

I was just wondering, how do you get your channel out there without spamming it everywhere? I know you need to let the world know about your channel and the best place to do that is to go where they are, like subreddits, facebook/G+ groups etc. But I find it awkward to post my video's up there...
