This is outdated system with outdated GPU and CPU (7 years since official release). I'd suggest you buying/building new one or recording low spec games on 720p resolution. Your system may run GTX 750 Ti, but for GTX 950 or newer GPUs isn't powerful enough.

Xeons are created for server use, other CPUs are for "normal" use.
