Well you should start by filing a dispute that you can see in the bottom right of that picture and state that you do have rights to the music through Freedom. I'm not entirely sure what the dispute process looks like but you should just tell the truth and make sure you let them know freedom...

I'm having the same problem and I just contacted support and they're trying to figure out why, so you can either wait until I can help you, or just go to the top of the page and click support for help. :)
