The Best YouTube Thumbnails?

Just interested to see what you guys think about what makes a good thumbnail? what are channels in your opinion that have best channel thumbnails, ones that stand out and make you want to click them.

One channel that I think does really well is Nickatnyte, I don't really like the channel all that much, but I've always admired his thumbnails. They stand out and are very simple usually 1-2 words and 2 to 3 images. They are edging on slightly clickbaity, but the videos still show what is seen.

In most cases it is the easy and most direct thumbnails that score the most. The Thumbnail shows what the video is about and most people ignore the title.
When searching around on youtube i sometimes get drawn in by the thumbnail and sometimes by the title, depending on what is search for.
But thumbnail related i like the ones that are simple and clean like the ones you shared.
