Why when watching my videos on the top lines on the right side do not offer video on my channel. That is how it should be ?

It depends on what the viewer is interested in. Having similar tags and titles would help you earn that place on the suggestions though. I recommend you change up some titles or similar things to get into the Recommended videos.

I also recommend you use vidIQ in order to see these stats and try optimizing it. Try going for more similar videos from similar interest groups (e.g. Sports) and it should get better.

As part of Youtube algorithms and search results you may not always see all your videos in the recommended section - as mentioned by @LW001 you can improve the chances of this through the use of tags and linking content for example using the same tags for videos in a playlist for example
