Because i get this answers:

I'm not to sure it could just be that they were busy and there was no free agents. I shall ask if they have any specific dates / times in the staff call tomorrow for you

Ok so I asked about this in the team meeting today and unfortunately they don't have people manning the chat 24/7 so there may be periods in which you are unable to connect straight away - what you should do then is just try again at a later time and then hopefully you should be able to speak via the live chat to a representative

It can't have anything to do with your account. As I'm really not experienced with the live chat, I recommend you open a ticket at http://freedom2.support.tm or ask here on the forums as we can help with most issues.
