If you have not done so already would you mind creating a support ticket about this via
www.support.tm. If you have already done this, would you mind providing me with your channel ID (YouTube url) and the ticket ID number and I can get this passed onto one of our support representative as soon as possible.
I have taken the following from a support thread about paid content as I thought it might be useful to know : -
"Paid Subscriptions and Paid content, however, are available for established brands. If you feel your channel is a good representation of a well established brand that has many followers, and you would like to enable any of these features, please reach out to us by opening a ticket on support (make sure to mention your Freedom! Custom ID and your channel URL)"
